"TE driver hauling vehicles pulled out in front of us to pass a big truck while on I-44 south of Rolla, MO. We almost wrecked at 75 mph because of him/her. Drive like they were in a sports car, not an 18-wheeler. Grrr"

"Multiple Delays/excuses, once they get the load they stop answering the phone. Drove the vehicle 90 miles without consent and lied when they were caught. Use anyone else but them!"

"It was rough when they were first hired by broker to transport our Jeep. The guy was supposed to pick up that day with individual hauler, however never showed up. I kept calling and he finally text to say he had to pick up next day, well next day came and went and no pick up. Finally, on the third day they assigned someone else and the lady called me immediately and arrived when she said she would. They still were able to drop off my vehicle the Saturday that they promised, even after picking up 3 days late."

Could do a little better job of communication around the time of pickup and delivery - the dispatch seemed to be way to optimistic about when a driver would be available for pickup or delivery. That being said, Sam was very communicative and very honest about funds and payment at the end. No funny business."

"I booked through Montway, and after it was picked up, in Denver CO, I got an email saying it was being hauled by Turan Express to me in South East PA. I called to get a ball park time frame and my phone call was answered immediately, and a few minutes later got a phone call from driver. He let me know he couldn't get to my exact address due to roads and living in a cul de sac. He met me within 5 minutes of my house, was very polite and did an excellent job unloading my Corvette Z06."
