"Be warned this mechanic is a total rip off . I brought my Isuzu NPR truck in for a diagnostic and was told it would be 1 to 2 hours max to see what the problem is @ $135.00 per hour. I have no problem with that. But what I do have a problem with is they had my truck for 3 weeks charged me 4 hours for a diagnostic that I already new that I need to replace the wiring harness, they gave me a price of $2400.00 to replace harness. I agreed then they tell me they need to order another part to the harness which will cost more money and don’t know when part will come in. At this point I had enough and paid them $530.00 to take my truck back to bring to another mechanic. I can not trust these people Save yourself the trouble find another mechanic."

I was surprised and happy because we were in a snow storm. Matt Arrived in about a half hour and got to it. He diagnosed the problem and made a repair on the fly and had my truck back on the road. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and I would recommend Nationwide Truck Repair. I will definitely use them again!"

"Great tech- He fixed issues fairly quickly but I waited over an hour for the crowd of office people to “process the paperwork” which wasted an hour of my time. I’m the only one in the waiting room too. Got charged $515 for; one hub seal, one glad hand, and a trailer tire plug. Really? Seems about $200 too high. Won’t be returning."
