"Rip off. Looking to switch to another company. They charged me 250 dollars fine for nothing. We almost froze to death and they didn’t have service the same day. Didn’t call me or notify us or even suggested to check the tank. I’m first time owner so was very upset when people screw you like this with fees. They should at least offer you a refill without fine if you missed refill for the first time and didn’t set auto refill. They never told me that gas is going to last for such a short time and I should keep checking it. Could have made a credit for first mistake, but they didn’t. Their prices are also very high. Please shop around for better price for gallon"
