"Stood in line for 30 minutes. One person behind counter working really hard. She had no help. I counted 8 people behind me. The reason for one star is for the sweet worker behind the counter. Will be the last time I ever go to this Dingmans post office. Will take the drive to Milford to avoid this pitiful post office!!!!"

"The quality of customer service has improved at this post office noticeably in the past year. The gals behind the desk always seem to have a smile and good attitude and a helpful demeanor. Compared to a year ago or more, the staff are a pleasure to deal with now. Maybe the poor customer service historically was due to bad management in the past. Keep up the good trend and good work! And for those who don't like a little chit chat between the employees and the patrons: welcome to a small town, where friends and neighbors care about and communicate with each other. This is one reason I moved to PA after 33 years living in Jersey."
