"Hey?? What's the deal here? You guys ALWAYS lose my packages and someone(usually a woman) swears they'll figure out what happened and get back to me and it NEVER happens. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable!!"

"Worst shipping company ever. Slow responses. Poor customer service. Can’t even get my own package picked up from the facility without jumping through hoops and waiting HOURS for a yes or no answer even though I have confirmation that my package is there. Time to clean house and get some competent people in there."

"FedEx is the worst, the absolute worst. Their the only carrier I have issues with and it’s constant. Lost packages, packages delivered to the wrong address, they tell me I can come pick it up and I drive down only for them to put it on a truck and it’s not there. I can’t tell you how much I hate this place."

"I have had my packages delivered fast from the place they left until they reached the fedex facility to by my house. It has been FOUR days that my three packages have been jumping from a status of on a fedex truck to back to the facility. I have called multiple times requesting that these items be dropped off multiple times due to Christmas coming up soon. (I ordered my packages well before the high demand time and should have received them a week ago when they arrived at the facility first.) Every single day the status changes from on the truck for delivery, will be there by the end of the day to item has reached THE SAME FEDEX LOCATION. This is honestly ridiculous. It will be going on five days of them not getting my packages to me. I have not had any other issues with any other services such as ups or usps. There is no reason why my packages cannot be delivered after FOUR days."

"Lost package. Found package. Package still in transit from somewhere to somewhere. On truck to be delivered on Monday. No delivery. Same story on Tuesday. This went on and on, day after day. Package was in hub and then, pkg was en route to my house. No delivery. Ultimately, we were told it's in was not on any truck for all these 9 days, we kept checking the tracking number. The pkg was here, there, in/out, up and down, on a truck going back, on the wrong truck, was already delivered, was picked up from our house, in the hub again and again.. My son was told it was on the delivery truck, then whatever of their continual Multiple excuses, then told it was sitting on someones' desk and they closed at 9pm. He hopped in his car, drove the hour trip in the dark rainy night. He got there at 9:05pm with the manager knowing he might be a couple mins late, knowing he was coming and would wait for him. He arrived, doors were locked, lights on and no one was there except a guy sitting way back of the entrance, not responding to the knocking on the door, looked up, saw my son and ignored him. My son called FedEx, no answer. Eventually, a woman walked in, saw and heard the knocking, let him in, gave him the pkg and he finally got home at almost 11pm. All uncalled for!"
