"Hot water heater repair and outdoor faucet fused to hose. We have been using Andy and John since we moved into the neighborhood six years ago. Why? Because they are honest, pleasant, trustworthy, and good at what they do. Most recently, our hot water was reduced to less than half. I thought I would be spending $1,000+ for a new hot water heater. John came out on Friday; assessed the problem, which turned out to be a corroded heating element; and promised to be back on Monday with the replacement parts (decided to replace both heating elements).
