"Great service! We were done about 20 mins earlier than the estimated time given. My daughter’s phone has a cracked screen and was constantly blinking white. They were able to fix the problem in no time and replace her screen. Nice disposition as well."

My phone had water damage instead of her turning me around to just get a new phone she attempted to fix my phone.. and DID! my faceID no longer works but at least I have a phone to hold me over until my new one comes. Also customer service was great Every worker that came from the back asked everyone individually if they’ve already been helped. I’ve already told multiple people about this location!"

"Great honest service. I went with the idea of having my battery replaced on my iPhone but on examination, I was told my battery had 80% charging capability and it would be silly to buy a new one until it got to below 70%. I also believed my charging port needed replacing but after cleaning it worked just fine. When I offered to pay for the time spent, the employee declined and said it was on the house. A rare experience these days. But obviously if if have a problem the future for sure I'll return."

"Thanks to Davit and Jill my phone is brand new! My screen was cracked plus a cracked back cover and they did an amazing job!! They have incredible attention for detail and do impressive repair work. They have great customer service and the guys who work here are kind and wonderful people. I can't thank them enough for the fast and reliable repair. "I’ve been a longtime customer at this store with no problems. However, there has been a change in staff and the service is terrible. It took 30 minutes to verify my iPhone screen protector has a lifetime warranty with Zagg. The cost is &10, they tried to overcharge me! Unfortunately I had to return 3 weeks later for another screen protector due to dropping my phone and the girl had no clue how to put it on without bubbles. She tried twice and it was unacceptable. Now I had to wait 30 minutes for someone named Nick? to come and do it right. This is poor customer service for a simple fix. I DO NOT recommend this store!"
