"This place is amazing. They were so kind, and professional, and efficient. I needed a tire inspected because it kept losing air. They were honest with me and instead of saying I needed a brand new tire they took the time to patch it from the inside. Their service was greatly appreciated and my husband and I will definitely be going back!"

"I’ve always been happy with the service here. They’ve helped my 2015 Lexus stay in tip-top shape for over 315,000 miles! In this case, the only reason I didn’t give five stars was that there was a component that was missed when ordering a part from the dealership. I understand that they are used to getting full assemblies for replacements from other suppliers, but a note in your system to remind them to ask for the clutch as well as the compressor would have saved four days."

"I have written reviews in the past, but this is an extra special, long overdue review. United Tire in Willow Grove PA deserves TEN STARS!! I have had almost all of my cars repaired here for years and years; way back to the early 1980s (a couple of owners ago). Chuck, Dave, Travis, John, Tony and all of the mechanics are great. Being a female, it is scary to bring your car to a mechanic. These guys were always respectful, extremely knowledgeable, kind, soft spoken, explained everything to me---and competent etc. My cars were always repaired correctly the first time; but if there was a time to get double-checked, they always welcomed and accommodated me. A year and a half ago-2022, I needed to start leasing, per my sister's suggestion; getting older and didn't want to have to worry anymore about repairs.
