"Here it is, the service was prompt. I got a ballpark price and was surprised by the bill ($583.00). I asked for a Senior Citizen Discount and got $60 taken off. I appreciate that. The man made short work of it, maybe an hour). I was surprised and pleased but before he left he mentioned that he made a cut in the plastic layer and I could tape it back up (not from what I saw) and insulation was put off to the side to dry out. Well we had rain for 3 days and I asked a neighbor/handyman to button it up. Today was the first day we had good weather. He had obligations and at 73 I'm not crawling on my back under my home. I have to pay him and with materials spend another $100.00. So the service was needed and prompt but I as a past high purity water technician I question the price with the additional cost. I didn't see the old parts but was told it was a rub or a chew on the piping and having 2 90°s replaced would take care of everything. You asked for it! Happy New Year!"
