"The old adage, “ You get what you pay for” applies. Dave’s isn’t the cheapest but they are arguably the best in terms of prompt service and accurate diagnosis. After returning from a long trip to an inoperable washing machine they had me up and running again in days- even with a short wait time for a replacement part. The total cost was roughly half of purchasing a new washing machine so the repair was worth the money. They worked quickly and arrived on time. The cost of the initial visit was applied to the total cost of the repair."

"WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING DAVE'S APPLIANCE FOR ANY REPAIRS!!! This was an absolutely awful, experience! I made a service call for my washer machine in the beginning of May. Now, 3 visits, and a month later my washer machine is still not working, and they could not care less about my time and money spent! This will be the fourth time they are coming to "fix" my washer machine. I have been told they will arrive within a certain time frame and every visit they have arrived 2+ hours after the given time they were set to do the repair. The front office is completely disorganized and has terrible customer service. If you use Dave's Appliance do not let them take your money until they have completed the repair! They charged me the full amount before the part they needed to order came in, and the service was even performed. They have called and rescheduled on me a number of times with no regard for my work/personal schedule. Here I am a month later, still without a working washer machine and dealing with the unprofessionalism of this business. What an awful experience this has been. I will not be using their services in the future and recommend you do not either!"
