"Backyard operation came in to test my refrigerator busted open my compressor let it air out into my house I have children. I’m reporting them to the EPA You can try to block my review all you want but your three existing reports with the PI and more coming speaks for itself Charlie is a hack Charlie tells his little boy that works for him that’s how it’s done . Bunch of hacks that don’t know what they’re doing going around releasing refrigeration across the Lehigh Valley and then telling people if they’re compressors work or not instead of doing the proper cages tanks recovery tanks and not leaving Freon in someone’s house and then leaving when I was it was it was a dead relay!! You can block me all you want say it’s a spam say it from another company it’s the truth you tell me honestly right now that’s not how you diagnose compressors!! Can you tell me how you’re gonna pay the hundred thousand dollar fine from the EPA for releasing Freon! K bye"

"Initial meeting went well however that where the professionalism ended. Inspected my appliance, wrote up a receipt with work needed without an estimate. Happily charged me $150 dollars for 35mins of work and left. Reached out multiple time via phone and text message over the course of a week or so asking for an estimate in which I could provide to my insurance company, which I was told will happen after checking availability on replacements parts. Three days later still nothing. A quick google search and I was able to find the factory replacement parts myself, don’t understand what the issue was with finding them. Anyway sounds like this business just makes a profit off of quick 35min service calls, billing you 150 dollars and then ignoring numerous phone calls. Please read the other reviews on here as well stating that they have had the same issues."
