"Don't waste your time. I was forced to use Baker due to a warranty on my dishwasher. Tech came out and spent maybe 5 minutes before stating that he couldn't get the dishwasher out from under the counter. Told me that it was my problem and I could call them back if I could get it out. I guess he didn't want to work that day since I had Ralph Messina and Sons take a look and they had it out almost immediately and did the repair flawlessly."

"At first,when I saw their ratings and reviews, had second thoughts on using them, but as I read further, saw inconsistencies with their ratings and DECIDED to use them and give them a chance. First they were very Professional and Service person was friendly and explained in detail,what was done. To sum it up,would definitely RECOMMEND them to use....."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. I used Baker to repair my range under warranty. Range is 2 yrs old & computer panel has been replaced 3 times. This time after computer replace it still doesn’t work. Tech was here Nov 2 ,ordered part and back Nov 14 to install. Now we need a wire harness. Tech says earliest install would be next monday, a full week. I asked how we could expedite since oven is kaput for 3 weeks. Can they expedite part overnight? Tech didn’t want to hear it, says 1week to install. What if the harness doesn’t solve the issue? Then we are back to square one ordering parts and waiting week(s). Next week is Thanksgiving, no oven. Baker not willing to make us a priority with this issue going on 3 weeks. After heated words, tech walked out and says he will not return to our house. Spoke to owner of Baker Appl.- not willing to expedite part and said tech refuses to service us. I asked that he send someone else, no can do. Recommended we get another service company. Owner not willing to accommodate us in any way. Beware of Baker."

"Had an appointment today for our Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator which started making a motor noise and squeaking sound. I booked the appointment online and was very easy. The repair technician was scheduled for 10-1 pm. The tech arrived early and called to say he was 5 minutes away. Tech was able to fix refrigerator motor problem and was very professional and very knowledgeable! Didn’t know what to expect from Bakers but will definitely use them again and highly recommend them for your repairs! Our experience was exceptional! Thanks Baker’s! Bruce Arnosky Richboro PA."
