"Dean's Computer Networks exemplifies the kind of small business we need to support and preserve. I'm so grateful for the prompt and reasonable service I received. My personal laptop battery wore out and I ordered a new one, but couldn't even get the back cover off of the laptop and stripped the tiny star screw in the process. After many phone calls and a few levels of referrals, I was directed here. In a quick turn around, Dean replaced the battery, installed a new screw in the back cover and made sure the computer was charging. I would had to make an appointment and wait a week or more if I'd taken it to one of chains, where I couldn't even get a person on the phone. You may have to call Dean's shop a couple times, and call first to make sure someone's available first, but it's worth it. While I was taking in and picking up my computer, other customers were bringing in all manner of items for checking and fixing, from blue ray disks to other computer parts, etc. He clearly has a solid local following, well deserved."
"I had an computer piece that was new never been used, just wanted to get rid of the piece, so I chose to go to a computer store so that I can sell it to them, the man gave me a hard way to go. It's was a piece that a computer store can use, but he end up taking it but was very rude about it. I even told him that I had brought my daughter's computer to him so that he could fix it, and even that wasn't enough, he was just rude." It's better to need it than not have it" so I always thought"
"I must say I was a little skeptical after reading one of the reviews. But after checking prices everywhere local This store gave me the best deal. My daughter has a touchscreen newer model laptop that I paid almost $1000 for. I was expecting to be over charged. But they were very fair with their price, so I gave them a shot. Glad I did! The guy I dealt with was very professional. They fixed my daughters laptop and even gave us a 2 year warranty. They made sure everything was still left on the laptop so all her pictures, files and information was saved. The service was fast and on time. I highly recommend them."
"I wish I could give this place zero stars. I have always had a great experience with this store when I interacted with the black guy that works/ worked here. He was always so pleasant and respectful. But today there was a young foreign man there. I had to come to the store two times to pick up my laptop because he left out if the store to hang out in t mobile. The first time I waited about ten minutes because the sign said open but the door was locked. The second time I waited outside for about 5/10 minutes and he walks out of t mobile like nothing happened. No apologies, nothing. So we go in the store and he tries to give back my laptop without my charger. I ask about it and he begins to look through about 200 chargers around the store. The first dell one he finds he says it’s mine and he’s positive it’s mine. How when you didn’t even think I dropped one off. I go to pay and he gets smart and says I told you over the phone either cash or credit. First I never spoke with him on the phone. Long story short I’m sitting outside waiting to make a police report. Response to owner.... If you were not there you can not say that I was in a rage. I was not in a rage. Your going off of hear say. I did not get upset until the person you left in charge of your store started to become rude towards me. He told me he was a college student and really didn’t care. And many other smart things. He thought because he didn’t raise his voice he could say whatever he wanted. Again you said you were not there. He called you after I was upset because I asked him to. Like I stated I had never had a problem before. When it came to the discount I asked for that because of my charger (a issue you did not address on here) and yes for my gas because I had to drive back to the store because of your help. If he was addressing a phone issue at t mobile it took a long time because I left and cane back and he still wasn’t there. Plus t mobile was not crowed at the time. He said he was talking to his friend but I’m guessing he told you something different. As far as you trying to insinuate I’m a racist I just want to say if I were racist I would have never entered your store. Have a great one."
"Dropped my computer off and they GUARANTEED ME they could and would fix it for one price. They had it for a month, when I called to find out what was going on they said it would cost more and they NEVER ordered the part like they told me they were going to do when I dropped it off. I will not recommend them to anyone."
