Outstanding service might be an understatement with Mark, he’s five stars ++. He kept his work area clean (protecting our carpeting) and was courteous in putting on boot covers when he entered the house. On the technical side he knows his stuff, and honestly for his level of expertise I felt like he undercharged for the service, Mark is worth every penny and then some. "All I wanted was for my propane fireplace to be up and running for Christmas. Then I found Mark. After speaking briefly on the phone, he basically diagnosed the problem without even being at my home. When he arrived, (on-time), he was correct with his diagnosis. He replaced the part and did a thorough cleaning. My fireplace never burned so brightly. I would highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions.
