"I did not approve of actual work done, but given their high ratings and reviews they were highly recommended. For the work I needed done which was very minimal, they quoted me roughly $3,500 dollars… absolutely outrageous and the main contributing factor was labor… a cost no consumer ever wants to pay unjustifiably, and unjustifiable is exactly what was quoted."

"I walked in I was on vacation visiting Pennsylvania when sadly I got into a little accident with a deer. I was sent to Caliber collision and it was an amazing experience. From the very start they kept me informed. Both Angela and Jeanette were extremely nice and professional they made my car look as if it was never involved in an accident. They even went as far to clean both the outside and inside vacuum and wipe everything down, it was an amazing experience and I would recommend anyone to go there because of how professional they were. It wasn't just about dollars and cents they really showed me that they cared about my well being making sure I was happy with all repairs once I went back to pick up my car."

I had originally planned on using a competitor for my vehicle repairs but after several weeks of many mistakes I chose Caliber and I'm so glad I did. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. Upon arrival, Angie immediately walked me through the entire estimate process patiently answering all of my questions. They called Enterprise for me and arranged everything. While my car was being repaired, Angie communicated with me daily about the status. At the conclusion of the repair, Angie again took care of everything including offering to transfer my belongings from my rental to my vehicle. Can't recommend these guys enough!
