"Extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend. Comes multiple times to fix issues and lies that it’s all fixed but nothing gets fixed in reality. Back when he was installing split system he was trying to break the wall to put the tubes because he didn’t want to bother doing extra work to avoid cutting the wall. Brand new system worked for 8 months (it was $15k) and then started breaking down/leaking coolant. When we called him to come and fix the issue because it only has been 8 months he was not available for another 2-3 months to even come and take a look at it. Stay away from him!!"
