"While driving home late last night, we had a flat tire on the road. I could not get the flat tire off the car. I contacted Z-Tow and spoke with Zack. Zack was incredibly professional and worked with me over the phone to get the flat tire off the car, and put on the spare. Although he did not need to come out to the site, he was incredibly helpful over the phone and was genuinely concerned for the well being of my family. He even checked in with me several times once we got back on the road to make sure we were doing okay. We are truly thankful for his help and would not have made it home without him. I would recommend Z-Tow to anyone who requires auto repair or towing service."

"If you don’t believe God works through people, meet Zack, he’s living proof. I was on the highway with my son when the car started to shake weirdly. All of a sudden my tire popped on the middle of the highway and we had to pull over fast. We found Z Towing on google. We called, he came. I asked if he knew where I could get a tire. He said he actually has tires and if I wanted we could go to his shop really quick to check if he had ones that fit on my car. Mind you it’s maybe midnight at this point. We went to his shop. He had the tires. Once he put my car on the lift, he notices that all four of my tires were bad, bald, and was showing thread. He said he could change all 4. He gave me a price which was BEYOND fair. I was blown away! He was extremely friendly, extremely professional, personable, just an overall good person. People like Zack are extremely rare to come by in this day and age. He changed my tires and also checked my oil and added more. I have no idea what I would have done or what my day would have looked like with no car, thanks to Zack, I no longer had that worry. Truly heaven sent. My son and I are beyond grateful, words could never express. Zack thank you! From the bottom of my heart…thank you. I will definitely be doing business with him from now on and I recommend everyone to head over to him for any repairs or towing. You will not be disappointed. That’s a promise"

"My friends and I were driving up from Jersey to upstate New York to get to uni and along the way our car began drifting to the left by itself a couple of times—luckily we came across Z-Tow Auto Repair and Towing! Everyone was very professional yet welcoming and understanding of how scared we were of being stranded in PA (it was already night). "I was driving on the highway with my two friends at around 8pm back to our college, which at this point was still two hours away, and my car started shaking and felt unusual so I pulled over on the side of the highway. We decided to go to this nearby auto repair shop. Although they were not supposed to check cars at this time, they were kind enough to put my car on the lift and check to make sure it was running smoothly, and then they even drove it to test and ensure it would be safe for us to get home. They saw we were in distress and helped me out in such a friendly, timely manner. Then, I asked how much money I owed them, and all they said to do was to leave a review once we got home safely. "My daughter was driving with her friends back to school in Ithaca from NYC. They felt a shake in the car and felt that it wasn't safe. Found Z-Tow Auto close by at 7pm. The people there were absolutely friendly, helpful and downright fantastic.
