"First time going to this location to drop off a package with a prepaid label. The rep in there couldn’t find her scanner then found it laying in an isle. Then she lays my package right on the outside counter by the register and proceeds to walk away. Anytime I’ve dropped packages off at USPS, FEDEX,UPS, they always take the package and place it in a secure area behind the counter. I waited a minute and my package sat there and I asked her are you just gonna leave my package sitting there?? I told her anyone could just take it and walk away. She said ”No one is gonna take your package” with major attitude. At this point there were 2 people at the FedEx line and anyone could’ve grabbed my package and walked out. I told her I can’t believe you are just leaving my package sit there where anyone could take it and not only that all of my personal address info is on there for everyone who comes to the counter to see. The package was laying right at the corner of the counter on the customer side!!! I grabbed my package and walked out. Went to a real FedEx location who were very professional and respectful of my package. Will never go to that place cause those Walgreen workers have no training on how to handle packages .. big mistake placing this in the hands of Walgreens workers!!"

"Easy to drop and pick the FedEx delivery. For drop, the package has to be sealed and posted with the FedEx lable as they don't do that. They are only handling the drop and pickup service. To lable the package, we should reach the actual FedEx office only. This is inside the Walgreens store and they don't have separate counter for FedEx. People come here to buy the medicine and every body should stand in a line irrespective of the service they get. They should've separate line for FedEx & Western Union money transfer. The entrance and exit doors are automatic. The counter the left side once we entered which is easy to find. They've plenty of parking which is free. Wheelchair parking is available."

"FedEx drop box is located inside Walgreens at the checkouts. Clean place, and from experience, employees are helpful and friendly."

"An employee at the Walgreens / fedex located next to Wawa in reading pa who was working the fedex station was not able to help with literally anything. I had a virtual label / QR code and was told by fedex that they would ship the package from any fedex store. She than went on to say “some one else will help you because I have no idea what I’m doing with this thing” referring the the scanner for the QR code. She called over this 80 year old women who also had no idea what she was doing and quickly said “we don’t do those at this store”. I’ve come to this store multiple times and have shipped multiple fedex packages with QR codes but I guess this ghetto store with lazy employees didn’t feel like giving good customer service today. What a shame."
