"Worst postal experience I've experienced in my life, I've now written 2 formal complaints to the inspector General. Reliably deliver every package late, drive their personal vehicles which don't seem fit to deliver mail given how they have to get out at every house and walk to the mailbox, every package that includes a card has been opened and taped shut, anything important/sensitive like my passport arrives months late, every package is multiple days late and if I ever question it my whole household is punished by not receiving any mail whatsoever for the next month, including spam. I'm just about ready to open an investigation on the constant laws they break just to spite me as a customer, wish I could opt out of using their garbage useless "service". Absolutely trash."

"They can't seem to deliver my mail to MY door. They always put it infront of a neighboring apartment and then my neighbor has to finish their job for thrm. The last 2 packages I got had been opened and taped shut. The post master told me because my apartment is in an inner hallway, the carrier can't come inside the building to deliver my mail to my door. I always have to go on a hunt to find my mail every day and just hope it's all there. They also won't go through road construction to deliver mail. She-said, "They yell at her. And won't let her through." I know that's a lie. I talked to the road crew. They denied it."

"Had a time sensitive package rejected for any recieving at the post office. Recieved on a Sunday (No post on Sundays!) and returned to sender on a Monday morning with no notification or chance to review or pick it up because I did not have a P.O. Box and this USPS would not deliver a quarter mile down the road. To further insinuate the incompetence of this establishment, I have personally tried opening a P.O. Box on three seperate occasions only to be rejected because our official mail from the DMV and State with: names, addresses, etc, included in them, along with our State ID's and identity proving documents was not "official enough". The employees are nice enough and helpful as much as they could be, but the post office itself is a joke of a mailing system and unfit for serving even a small township in Nicholson PA."

"This post office is a joke, everyone has a bad attitude. God forbid you call to ask if there is a problem because your mail is always in your box before 10:30am and it is now after 12:00pm."

"The Nicholson Post Office is very efficient extremely professional and courteous. They help make my work, which relies heavily on local shipping, stress free. I have never lost a package or had one damaged using their service. 5 STARS! Thanks"
