"Jeffrey Crouch has been my therapist for the past few weeks. He hasn’t did anything that I needed done. I asked him for his tax id# so I can make sure he’s in network with my insurance company and he told me not to worry about that. I was injured at my job and have a workman’s compensation case. He hasn’t sent me any of the notes that I requested or responded to my email requesting his fax# so my primary doctor can request this from him. I’m not sure if he is a legit company. I will be contacting the BBB with my complaint. This situation had increased my anxiety and giving me panick attacks. This man has not helped my mental state at all. He shouldn’t deal with mentally disabled people since he makes the situation worse."
"I have been seeing Jeff for years and at first he was a wonderful but as time went on he stopped listening and cancelled appointments. He was distracted during appts. He no showed so many times. Then he came up with some weird I’m not a victim excuse which made absolutely no sense. I do not feel I benefited at all from therapy with him and feel he left my mental health in a worse state at the end than before. I would not recommend him. He doesn’t seem to care or invested in his patients. I think he’s overbooked and unorganized and this isn’t how you run a business."
"It took me a very long time to find a counselor for my two grandchildren going through their parents separation n moving out of state. These two kids loved Dr Jeff n called him his special friend. They looked forward every week to seeing him. He played with them n even ssid they were perfect for this therapy. WE NEED HIM BACK! He is really good with them just horrible at communication ! He ended up doing the same thing to us. No response to text messages, canceled appointments all while the younger one was so upset he couldn’t see his special friend. These kids are going through a very very difficult problem n he just left them high and dry. I’m am heart broken for these grands. Now I have to start all over n pray I don’t have to get on a waiting list. They are too young to be going through all this trauma. I’m so disappointed in the way the world has changed."
"If you are looking for a therapist who will get on the ground with your child to actively engage in play therapy AND have a sincere, relaxed, calm approach... Jeff is your therapist. Yes, at times, Jeff would run late, but he was always present (an essential quality for a therapist) during our sessions. My 5 year old looked forward to her appointments with Mr. Jeff, "the doctor of feelings" and tells everyone about him. My husband and I saw improvement with her overall emotional health."
"My teenage son has Asperger's and was under Jeff's care for some time. My son really needed to be able to trust someone and feel valued. From the beginning I noticed Jeffrey Crouch was disheveled and disorganized. He was wearing a Hawaiian shirt with one of the collars inside out. He had several open beverages on his side table, and his office was a mess. At first, I thought, "Well he is relaxed and that is a good thing." He reminded me of "The Dude" from the Great Lebowski. He ended up being completely unreliable and even harmful to my son. He didn't return calls or emails. Once he forgot about my son's appointment. On at least four occasions he cancelled my son's appointment at the last minute. He has no receptionist so it was impossible to get in touch with him for appointments or to work out insurance or billing issues. He never responded to my texts about the need for regular appointments, not once. My son became very discouraged. I would not enlist the help of this so-called therapist under any circumstances whatsoever. The other thing you'll notice is he states he specializes in everything. The truth is he specializes in nothing. Avoid this "therapist" like the plague."
