"My husband and I LOVE Dredge!! The owners and staff couldn’t be friendlier and the food is consistently delicious. The atmosphere is fantastic - you instantly feel comfortable and welcomed. Whether you’re dining at the bar or sitting at a table, you’re bound to have a wonderful time. Their specials are always great, but you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The best!!"
"Dredge was recommended, so someone enjoyed eating there. My wife and I each had a bowl of oyster stew and two tacos. She had shrimp tacos and I had oysters. We both complained about the stew. The broth tasted like milk with no added flavor. There was no visible ham or onions as advertised ingredients. There were a lot of collard greens in the stew; the greens included too much of the large stems in the leaves. The oysters were extremely small and overcooked. The fried oysters in the tacos were also small and were hard to find in the heavy batter. We didn't complain until the manager asked if everything was ok. We gave our opinion and he said if we had complained earlier he would not have charged for the stew. I'm sure he could have made a refund, but he didn't offer that."
"Awesome food and very friendly staff. They have a great menu. I wanted to try several different things and settled on the oyster waffle! Local caught oysters and a great combination of tastes in this dish."
"Came for dinner and was quickly seated. Lots of group seating as well as tables and booths in the back. Definitely off season as there was a lot of open space that is likely filled during season. First off, this is a bar. And as a result, it was bar food. Not that it's a bad thing, but I think it's a misnomer to call it a restaurant that serves alcohol. It's the other way and the food is limited to quick, bar foods. It was tasty, but the variety is definitely limited. Started with the rum punch and fried oysters. Would highly recommend both. Then went with the fish tacos which were again good, but was hoping to get some more substantial food. Finished off with a micro slice of key lime pie. Tasted really good! But I doubt I would do it again. Great place for drinks and have food if you want a bite."
