"I just don’t understand this Auntie Ann’s. You have to order pretzel dogs ahead of time because there are NEVER any made. Ok fine. I have accepted this at this point. I went on the app at 5:00 to order the pretzel dogs but was given an error message saying too close to closing time. TWO HOURS!!!?? I tried to place the order from inside the outlets so the wait wouldn’t be an issue. Can’t place the order on the app, ok, let’s just walk over. I wouldn’t even come here if it wasn’t for my 13 year old son. We arrived at 5:45, after shopping. The employee was polite, but he made sure to let us know IMMEDIATELY that what was left in the case was the only thing they are offering. Which makes zero sense to me. You don’t even close for over an hour & you can’t make one batch of pretzel dogs? Why are you even open until 7:00 then? Can someone PLEASE explain exactly how one goes about actually getting pretzel dogs from a place who sells pretzel dogs? And I just want to add on to this one last comment. We have gone to Walmart that has an Auntie Anne’s in it, later in the evening & OFFERED to make us whatever we wanted as long as we didn’t mind waiting. No problem at all! BIG FAT TIP IN THEIR JAR FOR THEIR HOSPITALITY! I suggest you advertise your hours as closing at 7pm, but won’t be making anything after 5. Never heard of such a thing in my entire life."
"Rudest workers I have come accross yet. Horrible experience, my advice make the trip to another location where the workers are nice and accommodating and know a thing or two about customer service!"
"I really don’t understand what’s going on here. It’s like really strange. Me and my family went here after shopping at the outlets. We thought it was going to be nice to get a fresh little snack before we headed home. But oh no, we were wrong. When we ordered the pretzels, we were told there was gonna be a wait, of course there would, that’s understandable. But as we were waiting, there was a fat women who started attacking us saying to get out of the store because it was overcapacity and there were “too many people” in there. There was only me, my mom, and my brother, and then there was another lady in there waiting too. There were literally a million workers in there just playing on their phones and screaming at each other. We should not have been told to leave. If we are paying for the pretzels, we should be able to wait inside. At this time it was only around 15 degrees, so obviously freezing, and to make it worse, it was incredibly windy. Idk if they were trying to freeze us to make a new frozen human item on the menu, but it’s like super duper weird. Kinda creepy too. The pretzels were kinda good. Really needs to work on the terrible customer service. You don’t just kick people out of the store when it’s freezing and icing. Unacceptable. I don’t ever even want to come back. Super disappointing"
"So as a treat to end the day shopping at the outlets, I wanted a nice treat at auntie Anne’s. I love their pretzels and thought it would be a good thing. At the entrance there were all these ropes like you’d see at an amusement park, but whatever I guess. Strange. The cashier didn’t seem bad. We were told that it would be a 10-15 minute wait. That’s fine. As we were waiting, a woman with brown hair in a bun started getting all irate. She was a worker there. She yelled at us that we were making the store “overcapacity” and that she “wasn’t safe”. It was 20 degrees out and windy, and she forced us out of the store. They didn’t apologize or Give any money back. If she’s so scared of getting sick she should be at home. I never want to even go back now. Horrible, horrible horrible! Maybe learn what customer service is before working in customer service… I’d give 0 stars if I could. Im still shivering…"
"I went to the store near lids/perfuroma. It was quick in and out. Staff was quick , we stopped at the closing time on Sunday evening. We were served without any hesitation. Pretzel was good but it was little burned on some parts. Usually my kid finish the whole pretzel but he could not finish it though (?) don’t know the reason. But it is on well deserved location."
