"I had used this company a few times and was happy enough till the last time I needed to call them. An unmarked truck came to my home, a man knocked on my door and explained to me that he didn't work for BJs but that BJs overbooked themselves and asked him to do the job for them. I wish they would have had the courtesy to call me to either reschedule or ask if it was an acceptable solution. I won't call BJs or the other person back. In hindsight, I should have just turned him away."
