"The only place for my 2014 Mini Cooper Clubman. Bought it here but really from old Exton dealership. Have used them and this since Feb. 2016 when it bought "Mini Ha Ha"(her name). Friendly down home kind of treatment. They get the job done. Have loaner cars instead of having to wait(just add the used gas back). The only place to get Mini Ha Ha worked on. Know their vechile well. On time with needed services just all around Mini Cooperish."

"UPDATED FROM 5 STARS: Almost a year later… I have had two sneaky issues with my CPO “certified” car. Within my first 2 months I needed FULL BRAKE WORK (on a 20k mile car)… luckily Otto’s was very understanding of the blatant obvious issue with that and provided that service complimentary. Fast forward only 6 months later and I need a NEW BATTERY (it’s a 2017 & was sold in 2021 after its 4 year battery longevity - source Miniusa.com). After a cryptic phone call with their outsourced schedulers hinting to me if I brought it in they would most likely correct this issue being within a year of purchase. I arrived at service & my advisor was very nice but I was quickly turned off by the $$$ adding up for a simple battery replacement. I’ve been happily servicing my car at a euromotor specialist & he said he’d have me fixed up within a few hours after I said they warned me about improper coding … as a MINI owner himself clearly wouldn’t be a problem for me. I felt extremely pressured into a non fixed timeframe of not being able to have a loaner vehicle (3 weeks delay due to CoViD) and leaving my car there to possibly be gotten around to the same day. I am a straight shooter & needed clear answers so I left due to the runaround. Overall, Otto’s wasted a huge portion (& gas) while I could’ve had my car done hours ago. My experience in sales was phenomenal, I am just upset the car wasn’t as thoroughly inspected as I believed BMW/MINI’s standards boast. I worked with Pete on and off deciding for a long time whether or not a MINI would be right for me. He never pressured me and was ready to assist whenever. I happened to pop in for a browse and test drive and ended up working directly with him to get me in a car I have wanted since I was 6 years old. I highly recommend Otto’s MINI because from test drive to numbers to driving off the lot, they make you feel like a proper VIP. I’m very excited to ‘motor’!"
