"Terrible company. Terrible customer service. And Tim (1 of the owners) is completely unprofessional and ignorant. None of them care about their customers whatsoever. The only good reviews are left by friends of the owners because it’s a small town. Call someone else. Anyone else. Their employees do things wrong and go back and tell their management something completely different and outlandish. Even when they’re caught on camera he says they didn’t do it. Awful"

"I had ordered a custom made shower door for a custom made shower. When ordering we agreed on and discussed the specifications and exactly what type of shower door I wanted. When I received the product the glass was 3 inches too short and the design was not what I had ordered. When I called Ed the salesman and owner, he immediately began to swear at me and told me to come down there and we will take care of it outside. As soon as he begun to swear at me I immediately taped it for future reference so he could not deny how he treated a customer. Unacceptable behavior from a business owner. I have never been treated so disgustingly by a business before. This is why there is so much violence in the world. Let’s hold Ed accountable and not frequent his business."

"They do not return your calls. I’ve been trying to get an insulation estimate for more than a month! I have called and emailed multiple times. When you do finally get a hold of of someone they pass you off onto someone else, that person then never calls you back. If they are too busy or unable to do the work they should at least let you know so you don’t waste your time."
