"We had a relatively simple problem (broken shifter cable). We were stranded at their garage and it ended up that they couldn't fix it that day due to parts not being available, and they made sure we got home. They quoted us a price on day 1, and the price didn't go up at all by the time it was done. They were all very friendly to us in spite of how insanely busy they clearly were. The price wasn't unreasonable at all. I wouldn't hesitate to return here or recommend them to others. They even gave us a rose when we picked up the car. Update - 7/9/2019 - The above incident was several months ago. Another incident, the car shut off in the middle of traffic. Just dead, like a rock. We had it towed to Krouse's. Sometimes in almost any kind of transaction, issues arise, and I had a disagreement with Mr. Krouse about something. Without getting into details, I will just say that he really, REALLY went out of his way to make it right. I was genuinely shocked. Issues come up once in awhile, it just happens - but the resolution matters more. Ultimately, we are extremely satisfied with Mr. Krouse's handling of this matter. The five stars stands."

"I've always have had a good experience taking my car to Krouse's Towing & Tire. When I was in the market for new tires, I got the best deal for what I wanted through them. Whenever my car has had mechanical problems, I've always been told up front what the problem was and the cost to do the work. Most of the time, I could take my car there and have it back the same day. When It was necessary to leave my car, they always provided a way back home for me and then came and picked me up to get it back. I don't feel like I was ever overcharged for a part or the service. I've always have been treated with respect and understanding when I was feeling frantic about my car breaking down."
