"This place has gotten worse and worse over the last few years. I've used the online order service 4 times in the last 3 years and every time the order has been missing things or messed up. Worst BK I've ever been to and it's a darn shame cause I like BK. Decided not to come back anymore."

"There is a miserable old lady that works the overnight shift. I waited 15 minutes for cold hard mozzarella sticks, hard brown fries, missing food items and no milkshake because she didn’t have time to make it and offers me a watery slushy. I asked for a refund and she stated I needed to come back in the morning because she can’t do it. I wish I could give ZERO STARS!! I’ve never had an issue with the morning staff. They honestly need to get rid of someone like her with HORRIBLE customer service."

"Rude Employees. They don’t care about syour food. An employee (male), hispanic, was very rude at the drive through. He has no customer service etiquette. I think the employees in this location don’t really care about their job, I guess it might be a family business. Very rude individual, no manners, talks anyhow to customers. I wish Burger king on Garrisonville rd, Stafford, Va will be closed."

"Burger Kings seem to notoriously have bad service. This is the first time I’ve been to a Burger King in a few years and I have to say it will be the last again. After ordering my food, the lady at the window was very rude. She threw the bags of food in my hands as soon as she opened the window and closed it in my face immediately. I waved to get her attention. She reopened the window and said “Yeah?” As if I’m bothering her. I asked for some ketchup which she carelessly dropped in my hands and closed the window back immediately. After taking the food out of the bags, I discovered that several of the syrup containers had slits in the middle and the bag sticky and wet. Some of the food was ruined. I went back and replaced some items. Frustrated because I’m unsure if it was done purposefully, but I won’t be going back."
