"I see nothing has changed trying to get my package delivery refuses to deliver to parcel locker or to my home the person gave me a redelivery slip but barcode is invalid. Can't call they want a barcode number you can't talk to any person they don't take calls . My package says delivered and I did not receive it. Try calling for sent to north apollo office and nikki who answered the phone was rude and gave me wrong number to call . The 800 number says I'm on a 2 hour wait time. I see now why I didn't get my package stupid postal worker with no people skills. Giving one star is too generous. I"

"On September 8th 2021 I was making a delivery at the Apollo post office. I am a DDU driver and contractor for Amazon. I had multiple problems with poorly packaged pallets, and the woman working there helped me unload quickly. She could have kept working but she helped me and I am enormously appreciative of her kindness and helpfulness! I don't know your name but thank you so much! You went way above and beyond for me and I am very appreciative."

"I am very pleased with this post office. The people inside are courteous and helpful. Our delivery driver, Jeff, is super friendly and efficient. He puts packages on our front porch if they won't fit in the mailbox. The Saturday driver, don't know his name, is also a great guy!"

"I must say for the 20+ years I have dealt with the staff of the Apollo Post Office and the majority of their carriers, I have been very pleased. They are every day people displaying no bureaucratic attitude, which is so prevalent in a lot government agencies & private industries. They have been available to answer a variety of questions, help resolve problems and do so in a courteous, caring manner. After having worked in Federal service for 38 years, I know good service when I experience it."
