"We live in Lancaster, PA, and there are no local Mini dealers. We chose to work with Mini of Allentown as they are accommodating to our needs. We do have the option to go to Otto's Mini or Mini of Towson (the travel time is the same), but we especially appreciate the pickup service to have our vehicle serviced at Mini of Allentown as it's a 3 hour round trip for us and this saves us a ton of time and effort to get things done. I just picked up my Mini Countryman S All 4 2023. This is our third Mini, but my first one purchased from Mini of Allentown. I had a wonderful experience working with Lauren. She made the process seamless. Lauren is quick to respond to my many questions/emails and is a joy to work with.
