"I generally like shopping at a Family Dollar store, but this one I did not care for. There was nobody around the entire time I was shopping to assist with any questions that I had regarding what I was looking for. There were two associates there and for the life of me I could not find either of them until it was nearing closing time. Imagine that. The one associate, who seemed to be a manager or supervisor or something was one of the rudest, ignorant retail workers I have ever encountered in my life. She barely even spoke to me even as I asked her questions about what I was looking for and was hoping to find before I checked out. She told me she knew nothing and she didn't know where anything was or how to find it. It's a shame too really, because the things that I were looking for and could not find we're not cheap and the store would have made some good income from my purchase. I felt very uncomfortable speaking to her. All she wanted to do was lock that door and go home and it was very apparent to me. Ridiculous! I wish I would have found out her name because I would have emailed the head of the Family Dollar chain to let them know exactly what type of person they are employing at that site. I will never return to this location and because there are so many Family Dollar sites in our area. I would recommend anybody that is reading this to never frequent this site ever! Do your business at a Family Dollar where they appreciate you. Kindness goes a long way."
