"The first time I called and had him fix my washing machine he was great. I called him this time to fix my dishwasher. He said he would order the part and get in touch with me when it was in. Its been months and no word so I decided to call and see what was going on. When I called I get a recording saying he had to get medical testing done and isn't working right now. Now I understand things come up but why would you not have someone call your clients to let them know around about when he will be back to finish the work or if we should go somewhere else. Since its been so long I guess I need to find someone else."

"I always call Mr. Thomas for my needed repairs. The last time I called him, our washer had stopped working. Mr. Thomas said it could be one of two things. He tried the less expensive part first. Unfortunately, we needed the more expensive part, but that did fix the problem. He also cleaned part of the washer at no additional charge because that could have been part of the problem as well. I have asked his advice on whether or not to repair or replace. He has advised both ways. I trust his opinion. I did have to call Mr. Thomas a couple of times to get him. I assume he is out working all day and it took a few days to get back to us."

"I called him about my broken refrigerator ice maker. He came out to see what the problem was. Said he needed to order a part. He never came back to install it. Over the next two months I called him many times. The last time I called him he said he would be here the beginning of the next week. Never showed up. Finally called someone else they came two days latter and fixed it the same day. It didn’t need a new part. Also when you call Mr Thomas you always get the voice mail. He rarely calls back. I would never ever recommend him."

"Wish I could give them no stars. Came for dryer repair, very unprofessional. Said they needed to order a part. Over 3 weeks went by, never heard from them. Won't return calls. Was supposed to update GE about the status if the repair and didn't do that. Wouldn't recommend them for anything."
