"Dealing with them online leads you to believe that there is a restaurant (there isnt). Then when ordering over the phone they pretend it's a bad connection or can't understand English (it's a lie). Topping off the experience though, is asking for an extra, and when you tell them the dollar amount (they know no other way) they say ok. But get there and they charge $5-$10 more than you agreed."
