"Reading these reviews is heartbreaking. Dr. Artis-Trower is very loved by her patients and is a very good employer to work for. Unfortunately, she does not run her practice and the decisions that are made in regards to operations are out of her hands. It saddens me that I had to leave due to this same matter. The practice needs a new CEO because the one that's there is sexist and is not concerned with the female staff or patients. He also doesn't know how to run a business professionally. The staff that actually cared about the patients are gone so don't waste your time. There are so many other great behavioral health practices out here. You can definitely find one that will fit your mental health needs, but this practice is not it...."

"I echo the reviews made by others. I have never made a public review of a medical provider, but feel in this case it is important. For personal reasons, I will not share specific details of my 2 year long experiences with Dr. Arris-Trower. I will only say that Dr. Artis-Trower and her care team have been the most unprofessional, least helpful doctors I've ever had, and that I am surprised she has a medical license. The key point I'd like to say is that--If you have an option to go elsewhere, do it."

"One stars is not remotely a low enough score for this establishment. I thought that as a female African American it would be amazing to have a psychiatrist that was as well. I was completly wrong. This place has to be one of the most unprofessional places I've even been in my life. Dr. Trower showed a complete disregard for my feelings, my mental health, and my safety. She misdiagnosed me and gave me a medication that affected not only my mental health but my physical health. She mistakenly prescribed me one single pill and ignored my messages and my pharmacist messages for an entire week. To top it all off when I was at one of the weakest moments of my life, she refused to even come to the phone because she was having a "long day". I pity her future patients."

"I would not recommend going to this place if you are in serious need of help. Dr. Trower will not help you if she does not feel like it or is having a bad day (completely ignoring her oath as a “doctor” in my opinion). Prescriptions and important paperwork won’t be filled, the front desk doesn’t help at all, and they seem to always have just one person in the office. They do not care about you or your health. Good riddance."

"I’m an easy patient. Nothing complicated, nothing demanding. Dr. Trower is unable and unwilling to manage the simplest of cases. She will not return phone calls, she won’t send required docs to your pharmacy, she will claim to not have received faxes, and she won’t communicate with you at all unless it’s billable. I feel bad for her patients who have concerns that require actual attention. She could not care less. Profits over people."
