"Most horrible service EVER! Why you thought it would be smart to leave an 85 pound package outside a building blocking the door to where no one can get in or out is beyond me! And actually had the nerve to take a picture of it doing just that! I had go out the building to the other side to get to the front and move the package myself and then push it inside the building which you had access to because nothing was locked but I’m sure you never tried the handle nor had intentions to! And then of course had to lift push and struggle to get the package to the door myself. I finished your job for you which had left me with injury. YOU’RE NOT A DROP OFF SERVICE YOU’RE A DELIVERY SERVICE! The shipping and label had an actually apt on it. If you would had simply opened the door and walked in knocked on my door I would have come HELP you finish your job but no I had to do it for you which has left me in a state of extreme pain. Then you call and really don’t get help. Instead an operator laughs and “uh huh” you the whole time as you tell them what has happened. Hhhmmm yup legally, I know what’s next."

"Fed ex is a joke! My package was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday and apparently they decided to act like I put a future delivery request. Absolutely not why would I do such a thing when I'm home daily! I got a package from here today why the heck couldn't you deliver the other? So I called corporate and let them know this hub acts as if they are the customer to reschedule deliveries. I will no longer use companies that use FedEx period."

"They don't even deserve a 1. Two packages in a row said was going to be delivered but I kept getting delivery exceptions saying delivery attempt was made and I was home all day both times and no one showed and no signature was required. After 2 failed deliveries in a row, I have to call and complain or else I don't get my package. Every time I order something I hope ot doesn't come Fedex"

"Fourth package in a row that got delivered to wrong address! This last package I can't even track as the tracking number stopped working! Can't get a hold of a live agent at the 1-800 and the AI just loops or hangs up on you. I literally hate Fedex! Package is always damaged and if that isn't the issue they deliver to the wrong address! Anyone know a local number for this Clinton office to complain? Can't get it either! UPS or USPS never have problems!"

"I ordered something and unfortunately FedEx had been the shipping company that was handling my package being delivered. This review is more for their drivers than the warehouse itself. I had provided very specific instructions as to where my house was and where to leave the package sometimes it can be a little tricky to find. FedEx driver must of not read the instructions at all I got a notification saying my package was delivered and it was not anywhere near my house. I had no idea where it was in the instructions from the driver was told was left at “ Front Door “ was NOT anywhere near my front door. I referenced the image an was some beat up shed. A shed is not a house so that should have been his first indication that he was not at the right location. But proceeded to leave my package there. I don’t know what address he may of had but if it was entered correctly it would have took him to my actual address you just cannot see my house from the road itself. Beware of this FedEx location and their drivers. Will leave your package just anywhere they feel like it."
