"One of their drivers totaled my car as I was sitting in traffic minding my own business. I have had to fight them and their insurance company every step of the way. Now, they can't even get the agreed reimbursement to me correctly. 4 months of incompetence and terribly bad communication skills. Hope one of their drivers don't make a conscious decision to drive his tanker truck through your car like one did to me. Yes, he made a conscious decision to do it and they will not cooperate in satisfying their agreed to in writing obligations. Wish I could give them a zero."
