"Fed Ex sucks, as a former employee I can tell you for a fact. But onto the story at hand. I order product from Texas days went by the product came signature required. I could not be available to sign for the product so I asked him to send to a FedEx store. FedEx refuse to forward woman got really nasty with me on the phone too. I guess they realize that the postal service is going to go under and they're going to be the only game in town. I couldn't believe how nasty she was to me, boost customer service people try to find a way to tell you yes not this person."
