"Been trying to get my address changed for a month now... Been into the post office several times had my driver's license scanned a few times... They tell me we will hold or forward my mail go in yesterday after work hmmm... No mail and the guy there had no clue where it is going still... Tells me to call at 8 am to speak toy carrier call at 8 am office is closed can't get through to anyone.. so I'm in the process of getting ahold of some hire ups cuz these people have no clue what's going on and it's been well over a month..."

"The people who work here are usually very friendly IN PERSON. Sometimes you’ll catch the manager on a seemingly rough day but he always answers questions. (you can tell he’s very busy). However, I tried calling the number listed on the USPS website for this location and the phone rang for a long long time and then the dial just buzzed after that. very strange. I’m guessing I caught them on a busy day or maybe they just don’t answer their phone?? Hoping that’s not the case. I also miss the very friendly lady that worked in Boro in early 2023. I was told she moved to the Meadville location. Miss her!"

"mr.ken wanted to write a note and put it in our mailbox stating our stairs are a hazard. THEYVE BEEN LIKE THAT WAY BEFORE WE MOVED THERE !!! then said if the problem wasn’t fixed by 10/10 our mail service would be suspended, well we fixed them and we haven’t gotten mail in like 2 weeks, i got bills to pay unless ken is willing to pay them for me. i’ve also called the number he left and this location about 30 times NO ANSWER ."

"Literally the worst post office in the country. Could not deliver a package because "truck in drive". My truck stays parked of to one side and nowhere near to road. Laziest mail carriers around. Do better USPS!"
