It took over two months and THREE different service visits which accumulated to $600 to fix a leak! We could have put this into buying a brand new unit for goodness sake. Their billing process also had inaccuracies which we finally noticed and questioned.. then we got no answer, and they went ahead and charged our credit card without authorization! We are now having to go through our bank to dispute the charges as they were fraudulent. Just a quick word of advice - go anywhere but here unless you want a drawn out, over priced, lengthy experience... EDIT: After speaking to one of the owners and explaining why I had to contact my bank, his response was, "Go ahead, I'll put a lien on your house!" You be the judge if this is the type of family ownership and service you would like to deal with. Personally, I am very offended."
