"First time here and I think I found my future retirement breakfast hangout. Good amount of seating for a small hometown diner. Great atmosphere with groups of friends that obviously meet there often. Delicious and affordable food that spans breakfast and lunch. I had the sausage, egg and cheese biscuits with sausage gravy with a side of potatoes. Delicious. Came out piping hot. Needed a little salt but that's a good thing. Looking to cut back on sodium this dish will help. Also ordered hot tea. $8 for my meal and $1.65 for tea. Didn't feel rushed at all after we ate and was offered more tea and coffee while we sat and talked. Make sure you give this place a try but don't make it a one time thing. Go back again and again."
"This little diner has been through several owners over the years. The last ownership the food was good but under the current ownership the food has been really good. I’ve tried nearly everything & haven’t been disappointed. Even have small Mexican menu Friday-Sunday which has been very good. From the owners to the wait staff who are ready to serve you in this small gem in McSherrystown, try them you won’t be disappointed! The picture below is a Sope from the Mexican menu."
