"Their plumber came to our home for a sewage blockage problem on a Saturday morning. He checked our septic tank to make sure it was not full. He looked over our basement and ran some water through our system. He verified that a blockage had occurred but had cleared itself and was no longer a problem. He did not charge us for his visit and recommended their cleaning and restoration service. He was forthright in his evaluation of the problem. We were contacted by the roto rooter restoration service and they came out right away to estimate the damages. We did not want to deal with the cleanup ourselves due to the health risks of a cat 3 water hazard. They anticipate sending a crew out Sunday or Monday to start the cleanup. They worked with the insurance company to set up a claim and have taken over the whole process.
