"The staff is exceptional. Always pleasant and helpful. The theaters have reclining seats, plenty of space, great for dates. This time, there seemed to be an issue with the theater audio. It was too low, making it difficult to hear dialogue. Otherwise, a good time."

"The lady at the front desk turned us away 4 time and there were people at the food stand in line waiting to order the food and I asked if we could just wait in line and the lady said rudely said walk around the mall until your Theater is open. It would’ve been fine if the mall was actually open so there’s stuff to do then there was customers behind us and she let them right in. With no problem worst AMC never going back to this one again completely ruined my experience for all AMC theaters We talked to will and he was super understanding and really helpful and it helped us feel a little better"

"Always a nice time when I get time to go to the movies... Today was National Cinema Day so my friend was able to get tickets for $4+tax (on a regular day, ticket prices are upwards of $15pp). I used my cell phone to get in by scanning the QR code, that was a breeze! There wasn't a long line at the concessions so I was able to get my usual (pretzel bites and a slushie)...my only complaint is that the attitude of one of the guy's who works there is always very smug and borderline rude (he really needs to work on his customer service skills...I'm mad I can't remember his name but it's the same guy every time). My friend pre-ordered her snacks so they were delivered to her seat, which I thought was pretty cool and super convenient. The theater was comfy as usual; the seats being able to recline is always a plus! Being that this is the only AMC nearby and there are only 10 screens, movies don't stick around long, so if there's something you want to see, try to get there within opening week or you may miss out...it has happened to me!"
