And an appointment was a available within 24 hours. The 2 guys that showed up were so nice and did great work. They took their time tracing the lines, showed me which valves shut off the areas I was having problem with, and were patient and understanding. They replaced my hose bib and explained how easy it is to replace if it ever leaks again due to normal outside wear and tear. "One flush and our toilet was out of comission. After having our sewer unclogged, we quickly found out that we had terracotta pipes that needed replaced.
