"Sorry to say that as much as I like the people in customer service and dispatch, Fed Ex Freight is a horrible carrier. I work for a 3rd party logistics company and Fed Ex is always the last one here, some of the drivers are cocky and arrogant and even though they get here close to or after closing they will take every bit of time signing their bol's. The majority of our customers are getting rid of them as a carrier. Again, it's a shame because dispatch and customer service are really nice people to talk to."
