Further, my laptop, which had not been used in years, was offered for review as to potential for return to use. Very pleased with renewed vitality after consultation about use of hotspot and responding to my questions. All interactions were provided for a reasonable service fee. I highly reccomend Cell Phone Repair for discussion regarding any technological concerns."

"I am editing my previous review because although my initial interaction (I’m not sure his name an older gentleman) was not great, Matt was incredibly nice and helpful which altered my initially poor perception of the business. I still believe that services should not be paid in full if the service isn’t even complete yet. It also took longer than expected for our screen to arrive. When we visited the store, we had conveyed the importance of my husbands phone working because he cannot work without it and was told that the screen will be delivered the very next day and it wasn’t. I understand shipping issues may happen but we paid 300 dollars up front and assumed that any overnight/shipping fees were included in that to get it there the very next day and when we called the next day it wasn’t ordered yet and was told it’s 30 more dollar to ship overnight. So I think the person we talked to in store initially miscommunicated with us and an itemized receipt would be nice to see so we know what we are paying for. Otherwise, Matt saved the day and the phone was fixed 2 days later and works great!"

"I was going to leave a negative review but my interactions with Matt and Greg changed my opinion. I aired my grievances with them in person and they clarified my concerns. Additionally, they made it their priority to fix my phone even though it was delayed through no fault of their own. Thanks again gentlemen. Feedback: I would say, price upfront should cover parts as a deposit would make me happier as a customer, which I believe is what is done but if it was itemized for me to see is good for transparency."

"High recommend CPR. The staff was great. Dave and Matt were outstanding. My phone had suffered water damage and would not respond at all. When I received my replacement phone I was able to retrieve most of my files, but my recent picture files were not backed up. I figured my pictures were gone. They were somehow able to retrieve my recent photos from my dead phone and transfer them to my replacement phone. All this for a very a reasonable fee!!! I highly recommend them!!!"
