"I lived at Oak Ridge for about 3-4 years, and when or if I had any concerns, it was addressed in a timely manner. Meg, the property manager, is very kind and helpful. The reason I didn't renew my lease was because I moved to PA to be closer to work, but if I had worked locally, I'd still be renting with Oak Ridge."

"Apts were kinda small the rental manager was great but maintenance was a bit too "familiar" at night the parking lot was kind of sketchy. Their other property seemed better at least seem safer and nice."

"I recently moved out after 3 years and Meg Nowe the property manager lied on my security deposit deductions! I was charged $335 for carpet! Saying it was beyond wear & tear! I lived alone with no pets & I took my shoes off everyday including visitors! Charged me $115 for a chipped corner bathroom mirror that was already chipped when I moved in! It was a leak above my shower on & off for the 3 years I been there never fixed properly just a slap of caulk or whatever! Underneath my kitchen sink it was rotten through downstairs neighbor was upset because of the leaks in her apartment! Also my brand new motorcycle was stolen out of the parking lot! They made it easy for thieves because it’s no security cameras! Paid my rent on time every time didn’t bother nobody but obviously it’s jealous residents! If you make a decent living I highly suggest look elsewhere!"

"I am very happy living at Oakridge Apartments. Have been here for several years now. The Property Manager (Meg) and maintenance is always available when needed. I would recommend anyone to live here. Safety is also a priority for all tenants."

"We lived here for 2 years because the rent was affordable and it was close to family, however I would not recommend it to others. Both buildings are roach infested. Monthly extermination did nothing to resolve this issue. Building B at one point had bed bugs. Laundry rooms are disgusting and machines are constantly out of order. The outside door on A building has never closed properly making it unsafe/difficult to get inside. The other tenants are extremely loud and the walls (which are water damaged and peeling) are very thin so good luck getting a good night's sleep. The smoke alarms are set off constantly causing unnecessary evacuations and fear. Management is very kind and does her best but the complex is too old and decrepit for anyone wishing to make a home there. Do not move here!!!!"
