"Quiet hotel, everyone minds their own business… the occasional drunk fight and same issues every other extended stay type hotel faces. I liked the light breakfast and housekeeping was routinely scheduled in the morning for fresh towels. Everyone seemed friendly until I was asked by a housekeeper for a tip of $10 per day for taking out a kitchen sized trash bag. We stayed long enough to establish Diamond member status in points and when asking for a late check out I got laughed at and this hotel doesn’t honor that…. He said it’s Friday and there are guests coming can’t do late check out will be no later than 11:30am. They were nice until the end of our stay at least….. !!"
"Have stayed here often lately. Nice staff. Very helpful. Rooms are decent. Not spotless but clean. Quiet and good location. Best one in area that I’ve stayed at by far . I usually stay in a non-smoking room, but I did stay in a smoking room one night and non-smoking rooms are 10 times better. Decorated and much cleaner. I definitely will use this motel when I’m back in the area for sure."
"My friend and I had a highly disappointing experience at this hotel. The check-in process was inefficient and confusing, leading to four identical email confirmations for our single reservation. The hotel was far from clean, with a pervasive smell of smoke, unsecured doors, and stained bedding. Our room was in a state of disrepair, with damaged furniture, electrical outlets, and a bathroom that was falling apart. The staff was far from professional, intruding at checkout time without any regard for our privacy. Despite my friend's status as a Wyndham Platinum member, our experience was far from the standard we expected. I strongly discourage anyone from staying at this establishment."
"Upon checking in the man at the front desk took forever and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Whatever he did caused me to receive 4 email confirmations of the same reservation that was already made. The “hotel” was very disgusting! It smelled bad! The ground floor was the “smoking section” I guess and 2nd floor was “non smoking.” It smelled like cigarette & weed smoke everywhere. The exterior doors were all unsecured. You didn’t need a key to get in the building. The bedding & sheets were stained. Who knows if they were cleaned? The furniture was decrepit. The electrical outlets were damaged. The room door looked like it was busted down and dry rotted. Same with the bathroom door. There were two giant holes in the shower wall where a grab bar should’ve been. We found left over food on the already dirty floor, specifically grapes. The dirty floors turned my socks black. I wouldn’t recommend taking your shoes off in your room. I wouldn’t recommend bringing any personal items in your room either. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this place to anyone! The “kicker” is I am a Wyndham Platinum member who qualifies for room upgrades, late check outs, etc. I requested a late checkout and had the entire Indian (Patel) family at my door on the minute of check out- yelling & banging! While my friend was searching for clean socks in my vehicle (I refused to bring my bag inside) to change into so that I didn’t put the scum of their floor into my nice shoes, they opened my door without permission and used a wire coat hanger to tie the door knob to the wall to keep it wide open. They couldn’t speak or understand English well. That place was so disgusting I couldn’t sleep.. at all! I read the reviews before booking which are all similar (don’t be fooled by the fake reviews with the poor grammar), but unfortunately this was the ONLY hotel that was available. This was the most disgusting place I have ever walked into! The staff (privately owned Indian family) was disrespectful and violated my privacy. I’m still trying to understand why they’re in the hospitality business? I cannot believe Wyndham would put their name on this place! Room 211"
"I really did enjoy my stay here at The Days Inn by Wyndham - Runnemede Philadelphia. I genuinely did, and so much that I decided to extend my stay from 1 to 3 in addition to another unintentional 1 day extension. But I must mention "Whether or Not" it was accidental or an elaborate persuasion to convince me to pay the difference for the regular rate. Actually came out to a total that was more than a typical weekend (Friday) rate for a "non" Wyndham member ($104) instead of th ($58) that I was paying for that day. Regardless I feel that my time there was well worth it. The location was better than average, it's accessible to NJ Transit and a route that goes straight into Center City (Philadelphia) from Route 168. There was a Wawa that's literally within a 5 minute or less walking distance."
