"Scheduled delivery, got 5 hours window. I work 6am-5pm everyday so I called my friend for a help. Called the office twice during the time window with the reference number since I don't get any calls about ETA, agent on the phone says she can't reach driver but since driver is out in the area item should get there by end of the day. 2 hours passed the time window, I called again only to find out that delivery was not scheduled and never had my item on the truck. These guys are a joke. Update: It was in fact scheduled but driver failed to load the item on the truck. Yet they came for delivery twice after this incident in wrong date/time until they made final delivery. Contacted multiple times throughout the week to make this happen. Seriously... a joke"
