XGS - Allentown

"Horrible delivery! I ordered front entry doors from Home Depot, and they used this company to deliver. They had one driver to unload heavy front entry doors (double doors). If it was just my wife at home, no way the delivery guy would be able to unload the door. It took all three of us to get this door off the truck. How they expect one person to deliver this door is beyond me. Plus when I called to let them know -- of course no one answers their phone. I can't imagine being a vendor and working with this company."

"Not only do they not answer their phone, they don't even respond to their "live chat." So my clients are left in the dark because this company can't answer their phone. What great service! So yesterday, I got an email saying that they would look into their lack of response. I called them today, was put on hold for 5 minutes, and then got a message saying that the person's mailbox was full, and they disconnected me. Is my client's order ever going to get delivered? I don't know! So they put my shipment on the hot sheet--guaranteed for delivery today. BUT NO! IT's not being delivered today! The delivery date has slipped by 1 week, and they won't even let me speak to a supervisor. THE WORST TRUCKING COMPANY EVER!"

"Same experience as the other poster. Had an expensive package with no attempt to schedule a delivery. I was forced to to call a dozen times and was told they found the package, then lost it again, then found it only to lose it again, then a delivery date was set until they lost it again. Talked to HQ who "stayed on the line with the local manager until they could assure me they found it and schedule a delivery date" only to have them never show up for the delivery date and put in a lost package notification with the seller (while never contacting me). This place is the modern day equivalent of the Baltimore docks in S2 of The Wire. Stay away."

"Refused to deliver product. Eventually claimed it was lost. Was most definitely stolen by employee. After seeing the reply from XGS below, it lowers my confidence to a level I wasn't even aware existed. I've spoken to the corporate office, as well as the Allentown facility, over a dozen times trying to track down my shipment. I was told variations of "it's lost" or "it will be delivered tomorrow" multiple times. The fact that you can lose over $3,000.00 worth of merchandise, a literal pallet of material, and that the person replying to my google response isn't even aware of that means that you are, in fact, terrible at communication. I have 8 text messages confirming a delivery, and not once did that delivery show up. You stole it, you lied about it, and now you're pretending you don't know what is happening. That's negligent, rude, and I can't believe you had the audacity to reply how you did. You don't "strive" you can barely stop your employees from stealing and lying. Do better. Seriously."
