"I have been to Panera plenty of times and this was the first time I had a bad experience due to carelessness of the staff and their lack of customer service behaviour. We ordered a hummus avocado cheese sandwich and they didn't put the avocado and the hummus was excessively spread in it. Moreover, that bald man was rude and didn't care about customer satisfaction and their needs. I realize that Panera is always busy but their service was so poor and hardly seemed to care for anyone. Never going back there again."
