"Extremely disappointing experience. I met with Samuel, one of the clinicians whom Keith felt would be a "great fit" based on our initial conversation. I found him to be very cold and dismissive, and not at all equipped to handle my needs. When I got in touch with Keith a few days later, he did apologize profusely and offered me a refund. I appreciated this gesture, but he also promised to find another therapist for me and then never got back in touch. I recommend finding one of the many other practices in DC. KMA is simply too unprofessional and careless to merit your time and money."
